Refund & Exchange Policies
- The more you order, the happier Shine Bright family gets. However, we strongly discourage our customers from buying any item where there is a doubt.
- Shine Bright makes all efforts to deliver defect free products to the customer. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any refund unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods received shall be communicated to Shine Bright within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for refund.
- In cases where there are sizing issues we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for 6 months.
- We do not accept usage of credit codes beyond its validity period so please ensure the code is utilized within the validity period . Products bought with credit codes or received as exchange are not eligible for exchange or returns. All exchanges are final.
How to process your exchange
As we have limited quantities, you must reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order for us to process an exchange.
The piece must be returned to the Shine Bright workshop within 7 working days of submitting your exchange request. Any items received beyond 7 days of registering your exchange request will be sent back to the sender.
